Best customer experience! Jumped into the shop due tomy bike technical problem and mechanic found time for meimmediately! Problem solved super fast! And everyone atthe shop were super kind and friendly! Defenetely going back!

I have been inSpain for almost ayearnow, and one ofmy top priorities was finding areliable bike shop tohelp keep meon mywheels. Xabia's isthe place. The guy atthe shop was trying tobuy mybike off mefor dirt cheap, saying itis not worth fixing, even though only the disk breaks were broken. Heinstalled some knock-off parts onmy bike which were probably sourced onAliExpress and gave mea 400€ bill. SoI had tobuy all ofthe parts myself and bring them tohim. Then heliterally took 250€ for his work and did not even set upmy bike properly. IfI were you Iwould avoid this bike shop.

Hi Mark, thank you very much for your review. First ofall you picked upthe bike two weeks ago and give usthe review today. Abad night? Second wenever tried tobuy your bike for 400€ aswe don't buy second hand bikes. About the repair, the only thing which comes from Aliexpress isyour imagination. You came tothe shop asking for aservice for acube road bike with disc brakes and tofit wider tyres. You choose two Specialized S-Works Turbo 700×28 tyres which are39,90€ each. Apart from thiswe fitted one OnOff 160mm 6bolt disc which are 46€ (at this moment and because ofthe poor stock wedid not have cheaper ones but wecalled you regarding it), one set oforiginal Shimano brake pads for 12€ and aBontrager Supertrack Handlebartape for29,99€. All this prices are MRSP and you can see them onthe pages ofthe manufactures. And for fixing all that and adjust the bike wecharged you 39€ what intotal makes anamount of206,79€ but the lever isjust 39€ You also brought some parts yourself and wedid not charge any extra tofit them. Ifyou take the bike, ride itand feel that something isnot asyou aspect just come back and wesort itout without any problem aswe doalways but you never gave usthe chance. All the best. Martin… – show

I went toget mybike serviced. Left the bike and picked upthat afternoon. The gentleman that served meadvised that mybike was ingood condition and only required 7euros work onit. Hesorted out bybrakes which were making anoise. Ifound this honesty refreshing. Would recommend and will definitely return.
