"Give him a pony." He grumbled.

"No. no, that won't be necessary. Thank you. I'm sure I can keep up on foot."

'Ah, either he's afraid or allergic, possibly both.'

I whispered to Gandalf "Told yah he'd come."

He chuckled.

And then money started to fly around... These sneaky Dwarves bet on whether he would come or not!

Bilbo then sneezed. I hear a slightly panicked "We have to turn around!" Gandalf riding over to Bilbo, saying "What on Earth is the matter?"

"I forgot my handkerchief." He said, looking for it frantically.

I spoke "Gandalf, did you put any cl*tocybe Mushroom's in my bag, by chance?"

"...No I did not Ella, why do you ask?"

"It can heal,- help allergies." I replied.

Bofur tossed a part of his shirt to him.

"Here! Use this."

We laughed at Bilbo's face. I would've used it if I was in his shoes... 'Better then nothing.'

"Move on!" Was the next order.

I rolled my eyes at all the drama.

"You'll have to manage without pocket handkerchiefs.. and a good many other things, Bilbo Baggins.. before we reach our journey's end. You were born to the rolling hills and little rivers of the Shire.

But home is now behind you.

The world is ahead."

It was now night-fall, camping on a cliff. Not the safest place in my opinion... Or maybe it was.

Depends.

Gloin was snoring, a group of moths entering and exiting his nose with each snore.

Fili and Kili were in a rock cove, chatting away.

I was resting by Gandalf and thinking.

Nori was sleeping.

Bilbo was -not so discreetly- feeding Myrtle, an apple.

Then the screeching began in the distance.

My mind screamed 'Change into an animal! Do something!'

But my eyes focused on those around me. They were more experienced with battle.

"What was that?" Bilbo asked.

As Kili continued doing..whatever he was, well doing. "Orcs." Was his answer.

"Orcs?" Bilbo panicked. That word made Adad move, made him more alert. It was obvious he had been asleep.

'The battle...at Moria.'

"Throat-cutters. They'll be dozens of them out there." Fili said.

I looked to Gandalf, and Adad - who was looking around in the distance.

Gandalf shook his head. He knew what I was thinking...

"The lone-lands are crawling with them." Fili kept speaking.

And his brother continued. "-They strike in the wee hours when everyone's asleep. Quick and quiet, no screams. Just lots of blood."

Then the brothers laughed.

'Oh, ha. ha.'

"You think that's funny? You think a night raid by Orcs is a joke?" Thorin said seriously.

"We didn't mean anything by it."

"No, you didn't. You know nothing of the world."

I started to get up, but Gandalf grabbed my arm carefully, stopping me
and whispered "careful."

I nodded my head.

Adad was on the ledge, staring out into the woods.

Something was out their, I could sense it...watching us, waiting..biding its time.

I walked up to Adad hearing Balin in the background - trying to ignore it, I heard him mention Amad and I being dead..., some think us missing. Which stung. - Badly.

When Balin spoke of that, Adad tensed.

"Are you alright? I know the Orcs bothered you. As is Balin's story..."

"How could you possibly know anything?" He spoke coldly.

"It was, is.. Plain to see, Thorin. But don't give up. Never give up." I paused, "I've experienced sadness, also. Much the same kind you have. Loss."

He turned to me with a stony expression.

"I very much doubt that."

As I walked away, I heard Balin say -

"Azog the Defiler, the giant Gundabad Orc.. Had sworn to wipe out the line of Durin. He begun... By beheading the King. Thrain. Thorin's father, was driven mad by grief. He went missing. Taken prisoner or killed.. We did not know. We were leaderless. Defeat and death... Were upon us. That is when I saw him."

He looked over to Thorin.

"A young Dwarf prince.. Facing down the Pale Orc. He stood alone against this terrible foe. His armor rent... Wielding nothing but an oaken branch as a shield. Azog the Defiler learned that day... that the line of Durin would not be so easily broken. Our forces rallied. And drove the Orcs back. And our enemy... had been defeated. But there was no feast... nor song that night... for our dead were beyond the count of grief. We few had survived. And I thought to myself then... There is one I could follow. There is one... I could call King."

And with that story, and tears in my eyes.. I turned around, and faced Thorin - agreeing with the rest of the Dwarves. 'There is one, I could call King... And Adad.' I thought to myself.

"And the Pale Orc?" Bilbo asked.

Balin sighed.

"What happened to him?"

"He slunk back into the hole whence he came. That filth died of his wounds long ago." Thorin spoke, going to his bed role.

Gandalf and Balin looked at each other, thinking the same thing.

"Nori! You get first watch, Dori, second." Thorin ordered before settling down.

As I drifted off to sleep, the words "Azog the Defiler. The giant Gundabad Orc.. Had sworn to wipe out the line of Durin." That, haunted me for the rest of the night.

I woke up again, much like in Rivendell in a cold sweat. I had another vision... - Third person Point of view.

-*This time I saw Bilbo, and a weird hunched-over, slinky, disgusting creature that was almost bald and breathed heavily. He looked like a very old Hobbit. But walked on all fours.

Bilbo fell down into a ravine and lay unconscious behind a group of mushrooms. He soon awoke, hiding from the hideous creature who was battling a Goblin, killing it.

I watched as a golden ring fell out of the creatures pocket Bilbo saw it, too.

"Nasty Goblinses! Better then old bones, precious." It spoke to itself. "Better than nothing."

Bilbo got up from his hiding spot in the mushrooms, glowing sword in hand he looked around and hesitantly picked up the ring and put it in his pocket.*-

That's when the Vision ended.

'Should I tell Gandalf?' I thought.
