Somewhat small, quiet & peaceful butterfly garden. Surrounding area great for families with playground, picnic area, sidewalk surrounding the area with exercise equipment at different stages in the walk. Gazebos & veteran memorial. Great place!!
It's one little area. No actual butterflies seen. Not worth the hour drive but if you are a local it's a cute little bench area.
My husband and I were having a lovely time eating cookies and drinking juice that is until we were made to feel unwelcomed, by grounds people. As well as other people. Truly sucks to see such racism. Didn't know it was a crime to be Black, and Brown. I did get to pick up some amazing DeLand rocks though!

This is very small but peaceful. Unfortunately during my visit here I didn't see any butterflies but I'll go back another time.
Always relaxing & has separate parking than playground. Even when pavilions are full of birthday parties the garden area is quiet and relaxing.
