One of my main philosophies in life is that work needs to be a place where we feel comfortable for being ourselves, where we'll have a great time, because, at the end of the day, we spend more time with our work colleagues than with our families, that is why I always look for having a good work environment. The favorite thing about working in my team is the good environment. That is extremely important for us and it helps us exchange knowledge and develop ourselves. If we get along and respect each other, we are going to work as a team and build together a product for our users. ❓𝗜𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀? I feel connected to Reckitt's purpose and products in my job when I seek to deliver operational excellence and a lean product. A cleaner and healthier world is achieved in my job when we provide users a seamless experience and when we prove we exist as a product to fulfill an important need. Then we know our final costumers will get to know our products and take this purpose to their houses. ❓𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗶𝘁𝘁 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁?
