However, it looks like the ability to refund/transfer credits hasn't been added to the updated site. So it's not currently possible for me to issue refunds unfortunately.

Admins have stated there will be a solution for refunds, but there isn't one currently, and this isn't something I can effect. If you need a refund, DM me a screenshot of the transactions from (https://www.runemate.com/community/dbtech-credits/) and I'll add you to a list & refund if/when I'm able. But I can't make promises on if or when at the moment.

I'm sorry you got banned, it sounds like potentially some form of chain ban. Please keep in mind, if you used other bots on the accounts, it's possible one of those caused a delayed ban.

Anyway I'm glad the bot worked well for you for 3 months at least.

I'm sorry you got banned, but unfortunately that's always a risk while botting. If the bot "works well", that's really about all I can do.

Have you used any other bots recently on the accounts? As Jagex often delays bans.

The bot will select which wall to mine pseudo-randomly, (attempting) to emulate what a player might do rather than just always clicking the closest. As players will not consistently mine the closest every time. Either way it shouldn't be running too far assuming you have "Upstairs Near Ladder" selected (but will run further if you have the other option selected).

I'll test it out myself and try to see what should be tweaked.

Big gratz!

The bot definitely works. People report this issue rarely, randomly, but it seems to just happen when Runemate temporarily does not read the data correctly.

If you are botting with Runemate on Runelite, try disabling all plugins as some can interfere with bots (you can make a separate profile on Runelite with your current plugins saved, for using when not botting).

Otherwise, this sounds like the type of issue that is usually a temporary Runemate bug. You may be able to fix it by restarting OSRS & Runemate before trying the bot again.

Feel free to test using the lite version of the bot so you don't get charged while testing. If the issue persists or this doesn't help, let me know.

And please consider writing an updated review when it works again :)

It should definitely be repairing the strut. But it'll only do so if there's already ore in the waterway that it needs to move through to deposit more or collect.

It drops the hammer because you don't need on at all times. If it needs it, it can collect one from the crate.

There's no option to repair because that's the default behavior. There is a toggle for world hopping instead of repairing though if you want.

That is strange, although honestly logging back in is handled by Runemate/the client itself and may have some quirks with the launcher.

It's possible this can be avoided by taking breaks slightly more often to avoid the 6 hour log?

Either way I can try to look into it, and I'm glad it's working well for you overall.
